Senior Pastor’s:
Peter and Robyn Patterson

Peter & Robyn have been at SCCC since 1988.

They have been married since 1975 and have three grown children.

Both have a passion to see people rise to their potential in all areas of their lives, as well as a passion for missions, church planting & leadership training on all levels.

Assistant Pastor’s
Mike & Beth Pilkington

Mike & Beth have also been married since 1975, have two grown children and 2 grandchildren and have been long time friends and co-workers of the Patterson’s.

Mike & Beth’s passion is support and ministering to isolated church’s and pastors in the Australian outback and regional communities.

Both have strong administrative skill and passion for pastoral care.

Youth Pastor’s
Ben & Lisa Patterson

Married since 2005 Ben is the second son of Peter and Robyn.

While Lisa works for The Smith Family, Ben is full time youth pastor for the church. He is heavily involved in youth /lunchtime programs in 3 local high schools and 1 primary school.

They run the Youth/young adults programs – wreckless (ages 12-17) and Dynamite Young Adults (18-25).

Ben is also the Youth Alive director for the Townsville area.

Magnetic Island CC - Pastor in charge:
Mike & Sandy Kinch

Mike & Sandy hail from Barbados, been married since 1973 and moved to Australia in 1974.

They have been looking after the church on Magnetic Island since August 2004.

Mike has a passion for overseas mission work and frequently travels to the Pacific Islands to teach and minister. They have 2 daughters.

Life Aid Director:
Scott & Julie-Ann Douglas

Scott & Julie-Ann joined SCCC in 2001 and have now set up Life Aid International.

It is a tax deductible charity specifically for humanitarian works overseas. They have a great passion for missions and sustainable aid to 3rd world countries.

Life Aid international is currently funding a school building project in Vanuatu. Scott & Julie-Ann have two sons and have been married since 1989.
